Frequently asked questions

I don't remember my password. What do I do?
Use your date of birth to log in (Option 2 above) or reset your password. See our Password reset article for step-by-step instructions.

I entered my details correctly but it still won't let me in. Why?
Make sure you use the same mobile number you registered with. If you changed your phone number since registering, contact us via the chat button below.

I can't remember which mobile number I used.
Contact us via the chat button and our team can look you up and help you regain access.

My date of birth login isn't working.
Double-check the format you are entering (day, month, year). If you registered on behalf of someone else (for example, as a parent or carer for a child), try your own date of birth first. If that doesn't work, try the other person’s date of birth instead. If you are sharing a mobile number with another person and they created their account first, check with them regarding their date of birth as that may be the correct one. If it still isn't working, please reach out to us via the chat button below.

Logging in for a child or someone in your care
If you registered on behalf of someone else, such as a child or a family member, your account is known as a proxy account. Typically, that means:

  • Use the mobile phone number that was entered during registration (this may be your own number)

  • When logging in with a date of birth, try your own date of birth first. If that doesn't work, try the other person’s date of birth instead. Depending on how your account was set up, either may be accepted.

  • Your account is separate from the account of the patient / other person

If you are unsure which details to use, contact us via the chat button and our team can help you identify the right login information.
