How to open Settings
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen, then tap Settings.
Text size
You can make the text on screen larger if it is difficult to read. Under Text size, choose from three options:
Standard size
25% larger
50% larger
The change takes effect immediately once selected. Tap Submit after selecting the size that you want.
Language
If your healthcare provider has set up the platform in more than one language, you will see a Language dropdown in Settings. Select your preferred language and tap Submit - the platform will update to display in that language.
Email address
To update the email address on your account, clear the current address in the Email field and type your new one, then tap Submit.
Password
To reset your password, tap the Reset Password button. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address or mobile number and you can begin following the steps to change your password.
Saving your changes
After making any changes, tap the Submit button to apply them.
