The Personify Care customer service team is available to assist. Help can be found wherever you see the blue chat button (pictured below).

Our chat service is available on your invitation screen or login screen. The chat button will appear in the lower right corner of your screen.

Note: The chat feature is intended for solving technical difficulties and is not monitored by your healthcare provider. Use the chat button if you need help regarding account management only. Contact your healthcare provider directly or use the messaging feature (see 2.3) for matters relating to clinical requests.
