Personify Care is a digital health platform - we provide the app and online tools that your hospital or clinic uses to communicate with you. Our support team can only help with questions about your Personify Care account, and tasks such as logging in, receiving messages, or completing forms.

We are not able to help with questions about your care, treatment, test results, medications, or appointments.


For anything related to your care, please contact your hospital or clinic directly

Their contact details will be in any letters or messages you have received from them. If you are unsure how to reach them, check the original invitation message you received when you were registered with Personify Care.
