Personify Care is a digital health platform - we provide the app and online tools that your hospital or clinic uses to communicate with you. Our support team can only help with questions about your Personify Care account, and tasks such as logging in, receiving messages, or completing forms.
We are not able to help with questions about your care, treatment, test results, medications, or appointments.
