How to contact Personify Care support

Use this guide if you need help with your account, logging in, or using the platform.

How to reach us

Look for the blue chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen. It appears on the login screen, the invitation screen, and for clinicians, throughout the platform once you are logged in.

Tap it at any time to start a conversation with our support team.


When to contact us

Our support team can help with:

  • Trouble logging in or registering

  • Account access issues (forgotten password, incorrect details)

  • Not receiving invitation or verification messages

  • Technical problems with the platform

We cannot help with anything related to your medical care.

For questions about your treatment, appointments, test results, or medications, please contact your hospital or clinic directly. If your account has the Messaging feature enabled, you can use that to communicate with your clinical team.


When is support available?

Support is typically available during regular business hours.


Still can't find the chat button?

If you cannot see the chat button, try the following:

  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your browser - see our How do I enable cookies? article

  • Try a different browser or device

  • Go directly to Personify Care - the chat button should be visible on the login screen even if you are not logged in
