Checklist, complete activities, send and read messages, access previous activities and change settings.

1.1 Your to do list

Once logged into your account, you will see your list of activities to complete on the “To do” tab. These activity items are pre-set by your healthcare provider (see Picture 1 below).

To begin an activity, select “Click to complete”. Depending on the type of activity you may need to read information and select “Confirm” or you may need to answer questions (see 2.2 “Complete a questionnaire activity”). Completed items will appear in the “To do” list with a line through the middle (see Picture 2 below).

1.2 Complete a questionnaire activity

Completing a questionnaire activity is very simple. Work through each screen, reading and answering questions as directed. Some answers are required and others may be optional (see pictures 3-4-5 below).

Important: On the last page select “Submit” to complete the questionnaire and to send your information to your healthcare provider.

1.3 The messages menu

The messages feature allows you to send secure and private messages directly to your healthcare team.

Important: In case of an emergency, call your local emergency service.

You can access the message feature in one of two ways

  • Select the “Messages” tab on the main screen of your account (see Picture 6 below); or

  • Select the menu icon (this looks like three small lines) in the top left corner of the screen, then select the “Messages” item in the dropdown menu (see Picture 7 below).

Note: This feature might be disabled depending on your healthcare provider’s settings.

1.4 Access past activities

Once you have completed your activities, they will appear struck out in your “To do” list. You can review these completed items via the “Previous item” button at the bottom of the “To do” screen (see Picture 8 below).

Alternatively, select the menu icon in the top left of the screen and select the “Information” item from the dropdown menu (see Picture 9 below).


1.5 Switch between multiple accounts

If you have an account with more than one healthcare provider and/or you are acting on behalf of one or more people, you will need to be able to switch between them.

In the “To do” list, use the “Switch Health Care Provider / Active Patient” button to access your various active pathways (see Picture 12 below).

If you are acting on behalf of other people they will also be listed here (see Picture 13 below).

Select the appropriate provider or person to switch accounts as desired.
